Community Manager & Facilitator

BSc Psychology, space & personal styling coach, curious about people, personal growth, and design.

Currently I am in my third year of the Bachelor of Psychology in Leiden. From a young age I have developed a deep interest in other human beings, countries, and cultures . This curiosity has led me to work as a flight attendant after high school. This occupation enabled me to immerse myself into multiculturality and interactions with individuals from different backgrounds.

I am very optimistic about and driven by the belief that each one of us can make a difference in this world starting from within. During my Bachelor I developed the wish to contribute to something meaningful while studying.

The Inner Work-Out fascinates me because it is a beautiful and simple way to relearn how to hold deep dialogues. It teaches us to be comfortable in our universal vulnerabilities and to share them with each other. Thereby it serves the world’s need for interhuman connection. Additionally, I strongly believe that it is as essential to work out our minds and souls as it is to exercise our body. I am very enthusiastic about the Inner Work-Out being a beautiful space for regular inner transformation.

Alongside studying, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, work on my personal growth, go on adventures in nature, and discover how we can align our lives with design.
