FAQ
How can we help?
-
DescriptiFirst, it is important to mention that the sessions happen in a safe and confident environment.
Second, we see that when we share with strangers, explaining the challenge that we are facing to someone that we don't know by itself brings a lot of clarity, and look at our situation from “above”,
Third, someone who comes from a different reality can help us see our situation from a completely different perspective, which allows us to zoom out, and have a more holistic understanding of our situation. on text goes here

The Inner Work-Out session are not so much about giving tips or sharing from our own life experience, we are focusing on being there for each other and sharing back what we, as individuals, experienced and saw in each other’s challenge.
We often see that the most useful reflections are those that are genuine, personal, and open.

The working assumption is that we all have multiple questions, dreams, Inner conflicts, and confusions that we deal with at any given moment.
It is true that some questions can be so big that we feel paralyzed, while others are more specific and influence only a small part of our life. A part of our practice of the Inner Work-Out is to be able to identify tensions in our life and phrase them as personal learning questions. Funny enough, the more you practice, you would find more questions in your life that you would want to address.
Also, we work with the question that is living within us at the moment, so it is perfectly fine to join a session without a clear question in mind, and before sharing check-in with yourself, and see which question you would like to bring to the group.

We see the Inner Work-Out as a practice, a way to work on our inner well-being and the way we are connecting with each other. Like with a gym, the more we practice the more impact we can see on our Inner life and relationships with others. In the same way that we go to a regular gym (or yoga center if that is an easier comparison) not because we feel physically bad, but because we want to stay healthy, regular Inner Work-Out sessions can help us stay healthy and aligned in our inner life.

Once we are able to show up as we are, with our full humanity we realize that we are not so different from each other, we all face similar challenges at their essence. In the Inner Work-Out, you may find yourself together with individuals who have a completely different reality than yours. Still, we create the right conditions that allow each one of us to fully show up, from there it is easier to experience a real connection with each other.

As you are, it is good enough. When we are fully present and open to each other, then the magic happens. Actually, the challenge is letting go of the wish to “Perform” and give a super meaningful reflection back, once we can do that and stay in the moment, we can really support each other.
-
That is also fine, the connections that are being created in The Inner Work-Out sessions are real and deep, and it can be a great experience to connect with individuals you have already shared a session with, and build the connecting one step further.
