For me, groups are an endless resource for learning and growth. I see the challenge of connecting to the other, and of allowing others to connect to me as the most difficult and important practice of our time.
I have served for five years in a special force unit of the Israeli Defence Forces, where I experienced the synchronicity and connection of an organic team, as well as the endless pain and sufferings of a conflict. Later, I realised the impact of dialogue, and witnessed how it can bring healing, accelerate growth and build real human connections.
For me, the Inner Work-Out captures the essence of the future I am trying to create:
It allows deep dialogue, full presence and ownership of our personal growth.
I see listening and deep dialogue as a never ending practice, and I myself participate in multiple circles regularly.
I live in Amsterdam with my wife and daughter. I enjoy cooking for the people I love, solo hiking, meditating and watching the stars.
